The Steps Involved
Our 7 step customisation process ensures that we deliver quality, authenticity and satisfaction. Each creative piece we create is unique in its artistry and deliverance.
Step 1: Selecting your carpet style and colour
We discuss your idea and help you select your carpet style, pom colours and material. Based on the discussion we proceed to create the artwork for you.
Step 2: Detailed CAD design
A detailed CAD visual of the design is drawn according to scaled dimensions and shared with you for confirmation and further inputs.
Step 3: Colours creation and yarn dying
Once the colours are created the yarn is soaked in the dying solution to obtain the desired output colour. They are sun-dried and subjected to further quality checks.
Step 4: Sample approval
A sample is made for approval, thereafter a full-sized rug is woven on the loom.
Step 5: Washing and drying of the rug
The rug is washed and sun-dried before the final touches are added.
Step 6: Finishing touches are made
This is the rechecking process before the delivery of the carpet.
Step 7: Rug is delivered to its new home
Your bespoke rug is delivered to you adding that special touch of class and elegance to your space.
